Spirits Up at Lon's Last Drop

Here’s something the locals know. Cozy and casual, LON’s Last Drop is one of the region’s best places to relax over a craft cocktail or Arizona brew. A recent makeover has added an expanded bar patio with five outdoor fireplaces and a new all-day menu by chef Jeremy Pacheco featuring small plates, sandwiches, salads, and pizzas baked in a wood-burning oven.  And the name? Last Drop is an iconic painting by Lon Megargee showing a cowboy watering his horse from his Stetson.

There’s Always Something Going on at LON’s Last Drop

Gather your friends for happy hour,  or an after dinner drink on the patio and enjoy locally inspired cocktails or our selection of Arizona beer and wine on tap.  Our latest creation “The Last Drop” is made with Del Bac ‘Last Drop’ Private Barrel whiskey, Luxardo apricot, Cocchi di Torino sweet vermouth, and blood orange.
