The Alonzo 80As part of our 80th anniversary celebration, we'll be announcing various initiatives throughout the year as ways for guests and residents to help us celebrate. This will include an 80th Anniversary stay (to be announced soon) and the below cocktail, which we'll be offering throughout 2016, that pays homage to our original owner cowboy artist Alonzo "Lon" Megargee. While we imagine his go-to cocktail would be a stiff drink, we think he'd like to celebrate such a special occasion with the occasional bubble. The Alonzo 80 ($10) 1 oz CaskWerks Gin 1/2 oz hibiscus syrup 1/2 oz lime juice 4oz St. Hilaire sparkling Place hibiscus flower into champagne flute. Measure first 3 ingredients into cocktail shaker.
