Rooms & Reservations
The Hermosa Inn features 35
single-story guest rooms on more than six acres of lush desert landscape
in view of famous Camelback Mountain. Each of our rooms and
suites has
been individually decorated in a warm Southwestern style. Appointments
include working fireplaces, secluded patios, vaulted ceilings,
and hand-painted
Mexican tile. High-speed Internet and CD players are offered throughout.
Complimentary gourmet coffee is featured in every room.
Personal amenities include robes, irons, hairdryers, and an upscale collection
of hair and body products. All of the accommodations are
non-smoking indoors.
Each room is just a short walk to the swimming pool, 2 Jacuzzis, or our
award-winning restaurant, LON's at
the hermosa.

Rancho
 Arizona ambiance and exceptional appointments make these cozy but spacious guest rooms a memorable experience. In addition to the amenities listed above, most Ranchos include a charming beehive fireplace and wet bar. Ranchos are available with a king bed or two queen beds.
Casita
 These "deluxe" guest rooms are premier accommodations because of their generous size, or exceptional location. Many have vaulted ceilings, skylights and surround a courtyard with a semi-private Jacuzzi. Casitas are available with a king or queen sized bed.
Hacienda Suite
 This luxurious one-bedroom suite is ideal for special occasions or simply extended relaxation. Haciendas feature oversized, sunken living rooms with vaulted ceilings and fireplaces, courtyard patios, kitchenettes, and dining tables. Hacienda bedrooms include king sized beds. Additionally, Haciendas can connect with adjacent Casitas to create two or three-bedroom suite accommodations.
Villa Suite
 Our largest and most luxurious accommodation, a Villa Suite is like a small home. Villas are free standing and complete with two full bedrooms and bathrooms, large living room with oversized fireplace and wood-beamed skylight, fully stocked kitchen, dining area and front and rear patios. Villa Suites are available in two bed configurations: king and two queens, or four queens.
 Policies and Information
Arrival & Departure
Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 noon. We will be happy to grant requests for early arrivals and/or late departures as our occupancy permits.
Taxes
The room tax charged on hotel rooms is 11.92% of the room rate, nightly.
Hospitality Fee
For your convenience our $12.00 hospitality fee includes: Lon's hacienda breakfast served daily, wireless high speed Internet throughout the property, local calls, all maid and bell gratuities, access to 24-Hour Fitness full gym facility, faxes and turndown service.
Cancellation Policy
The Hermosa Inn has a seven-day
cancellation policy for most individual reservations. A charge in the
amount of one night's room rate plus tax will be applied to your credit
card if you should:
- Fail to check in on your scheduled day of arrival,
- Cancel your reservation less than seven days prior to the scheduled
day of arrival, or
- Check out of the Inn prior to your scheduled departure date
The Hermosa Inn reserves the right to quote a longer cancellation period and/or require a deposit under certain circumstances including, but not limited to, suite reservations, holiday periods, stays in excess of 7 days, and group negotiated rates.
Children/Rollaway Beds
Children 12 and under stay free. Additional adults requiring rollaway beds will be charged at a rate of $25 per day.
Pets
Pets are welcome at The Hermosa Inn. A one-time $50 Pet Fee is charged per reservation. Pet owners remain responsible for the actions of their pets regarding clean-up, noise, damage, and safety to other guests and employees.
Pool
Guests of the Hermosa Inn have access to our sparkling
pool and two jacuzzi spas while relaxing at the peaceful Hermosa
Inn. Our pool is a short walk from any guest room on the property
and has stunning
views of the mountains. Towels are provided for all guests at the
pool.

Fitness Center
The Hermosa Inn maintains an
agreement with a nearby fitness club, "24 Hour Fitness." Passes may be
obtained at the Front Desk.
Credit Cards
The Hermosa Inn accepts all major credit cards as form of payment. A valid credit card is required to guarantee all reservations. If the credit card holder will not be the actual hotel guest or will not be here in person to sign for the charges, then a Credit Card Authorization form must be filled out, signed and faxed to the Inn prior to the guest's arrival. Transportation
The Hermosa Inn does not provide a complimentary airport shuttle. However,
there are several taxi and sedan services available at the airport around
the clock that can provide you with transportation to the Inn for $25 or
less.
