Accommodations & Reservations

The Hermosa Inn features 34 hacienda style, single-story accommodations and casitas on more than six acres of lush desert landscape in view of famous Camelback Mountain. Each deluxe room and suite has been individually decorated in a warm Southwestern style. Appointments include working fireplaces, secluded patios and vaulted ceilings. Most rooms also offer newly remodeled bathrooms with Waterworks fixtures, free standing antique pedestal tubs and luxurious bedding. High-speed wireless Internet is offered throughout the property on a complimentary basis.

Complimentary gourmet Keurig coffee makers, mini refrigerators and flat panel televisions are newly featured amenities along with plush robes, irons, hairdryers and a signature collection of hair and body products. All accommodations and public areas are non-smoking. Conveniently located to the accommodations is our swimming pool and cabana area with two Jacuzzis. Award-winning LON's at the Hermosa, our signature restaurant, serves Artful American Cuisine with an impressive Wine Spectator wine list.

Casita

Casitas are the premier 600 sq. ft. accommodations, all with king beds. Most have vaulted ceilings, skylights and surround a courtyard with a semi-private Jacuzzi. These stylishly appointed rooms also include newly remodeled bathrooms with walk-in showers.

Deluxe Casita

These luxurious and spacious suites range from 650 — 750 sq. ft. and are ideal for special occasions or simply for ultimate relaxation. Deluxe Casitas feature king beds, oversized, newly remodeled lavish bathrooms with walk-in showers and antique pedestal tubs, vaulted ceilings and fireplaces, courtyard patio and dining table. Additionally, Deluxe Casitas can connect with an adjacent Casitas to create a two-bedroom suite accommodation.

Grande Casita

You will surely feel right at home in our most luxurious 800 sq. ft. living room and one-bedroom (king bed) and bath accommodation. Comfortable sofas and over-sized chairs create an inviting residential environment in the living room. Each of our four Grand Casitas offers two private patios, setting the mood for privacy, relaxation and outdoor enjoyment. The newly remodeled bathrooms with walk in showers, antique pedestal tubs and custom cabinetry offer complete serenity. By reserving an adjacent connecting Deluxe Casita, you can create your own free-standing three-room residence.

Rancho Rooms

Arizona ambiance and exceptional appointments make these inviting 360 – 450 sq. ft. guest rooms a memorable experience. In addition to the amenities listed above, most include a charming beehive fireplace and patio. Ranchos are available with a choice of king bed or two queens.

Policies and Information

Arrival & Departure

Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 noon. We will be happy to consider special requests for early arrivals and/or late departures as our occupancy permits.

Arizona State Tax

The room tax charged on guest rooms is 11.92% of the room rate, nightly.

Cancellation Policy

The Hermosa Inn has a seven-day cancellation policy for most individual reservations. A charge in the amount of one night's room rate plus tax will be applied to your credit card if you should:

• Fail to check in on your scheduled day of arrival,
• Cancel your reservation less than seven days prior to the scheduled day of arrival, or
• Check out prior to your scheduled date of departure.

The Hermosa Inn reserves the right to quote a longer cancellation period and/or require a deposit under certain circumstances including, but not limited to, suite reservations, holiday periods, stays in excess of 7 days, and group negotiated rates.

Children/Rollaway Beds

Children 12 and under are complimentary. Additional adults requiring rollaway beds will be charged at a rate of $25 per day.

Pets

Pets are welcome at The Hermosa Inn. A one-time $100 Pet Fee is charged per reservation. Pet owners remain responsible for the actions of their pets regarding clean-up, noise, damage, and safety to guests and employees.

Swimming Pool

Guests of the inn have access to our sparkling swimming pool and two jacuzzi spas while relaxing at your cabana. Our pool is just steps away from the accommodations and has stunning mountain views. Towels are provided for all guests. A full service menu is offered from Lonís at the pool.

In Room Massage

Enjoy a massage in the privacy and comfort of your accommodation. Email our Guest Services staff a info@hermosainn.com or call them at 602-955-8614 to schedule your massage appointment in advance of your stay.

Fitness Center

The Hermosa Inn maintains an agreement with a nearby fitness club, "24 Hour Fitness." Complimentary passes may be obtained at the Front Desk.

Golf

The Phoenix and Scottsdale area is known for world-class championship golf courses. Our Guest Services team will be delighted to arrange preferred tee times and transportation to your choice of courses.

Credit Cards

The Hermosa Inn accepts all major credit cards as form of payment. A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. If the credit card holder will not be the actual hotel guest or will not be here in person to sign for the charges, then a Credit Card Authorization form must be filled out, signed and faxed to the Inn prior to the guest's arrival. Contact us at 800-241-1210 or reservations@hermosainn.com to obtain a copy of the Credit Card Authorization form by fax or email.

Transportation

The Hermosa Inn does not provide complimentary airport transportation. However, there are several taxi and sedan services available at the airport on a 24 hour basis to provide you with transportation to the Inn for approximately $25/one way or we can make prior arrangements for you.
