Coming Spring of 2012, LON’s and Sonoran Brewery will be featuring the Chef’s Series of Brews. Chef Pacheco’s garden-to-keg-to-glass creation will be based on the farmers’ inspiration of a Saison. This beer will be brewed with Pacheco family wheat from a farm near Tuscon, fennel pollen from LON’s garden, and a hint of green peppercorn. Don’t miss out on this one!

The Last Drop Bar is named after Lon Megargee’s famous "The Last Drop" painting, which symbolizes every cowboy's appreciation for his horse and is still printed on every Stetson hat sold.
