Arrival & Departure
Check-in time is 3:00 PM. Check-out time is 12:00 noon. We will be happy to consider special requests for early arrivals and/or late departures as our occupancy permits.
The Arizona state room tax charged on guest rooms is 11.92% of the nightly room rate.
The Inn has a seven-day cancellation policy for most individual reservations. A charge in the amount of one night's room rate plus tax will be applied to your credit card if you should:
• Fail to check in on your scheduled day of arrival,
• Cancel your reservation less than seven days prior to the scheduled day of arrival, or
• Check out prior to your scheduled date of departure.
The inn reserves the right to quote a longer cancellation period and/or require a deposit under certain circumstances including, but not limited to, suite reservations, holiday periods, stays in excess of 7 days and group negotiated rates.
Children 12 and under are complimentary. Additional adults requiring rollaway beds will be charged at a rate of $25 per day.
Pets are welcome at the inn. A one-time $100 Pet Fee is charged per reservation. Pet owners remain responsible for the actions of their pets regarding clean-up, noise, damage and safety to guests and employees.
Guests of the inn have access to our sparkling swimming pool and two Jacuzzi spas while relaxing at your cabana. Our pool is steps away from
the casitas and has stunning mountain views. Towels are provided for all guests. Food and beverage service is available poolside thru in-room dining.
In Room Massage
Enjoy a massage in the privacy and comfort of your own accommodation. Email our Guest Services staff at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone 602-955-8614 to schedule your massage treatment in advance of your stay.
The inn maintains an agreement with a nearby fitness club, "24 Hour Fitness." Complimentary passes may be obtained at the Front Desk.
The inn accepts all major credit cards as form of payment. A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. If the credit card holder will not be the actual hotel guest to sign for the charges, then a Credit Card Authorization form must be filled out, signed and faxed to the Inn prior to the guest's arrival. The inn does not provide complimentary airport transportation. However, there are several taxi and sedan services available at the airport on a 24 hour basis to provide transportation. We would also be happy to arrange
for a car service prior to your arrival or upon departure.
